Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga Immersion 200hr Yoga Teacher Training
Learn and experience the different aspects of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Restorative yoga, including Buddhist and Hindu traditions, Meditations, Pranyamas, Philosophy, Anatomy and Teaching Methodology. This 200 hour Vinyasa and Hatha immersion Yoga Teacher Training course includes Shatkriya, Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Anatomy, Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy, as well as other practices, which we will explore during classes with interactive sessions from our experienced teachers.

YOGA PHILOSOPHY
- Attend theory classes and lectures about the history of yoga and the importance of yoga in your life as well as its origin in India. You can ask questions and deepen your knowledge about the existence of yoga.

ANATOMY OF YOGA
- Yoga is considered a medium to know oneself and their own inner power. Anatomy classes expose the internal workings of the body and its various systems, as well as the bones.
- Explore how respiration affects asanas and the flow from one pose to another
- Learn the basic structure and function of the organs and systems
- Learn the different types of joints and their ranges of motion to help yourself and your students to be safe from injuries
SHATKARMAS
- This Is the Sanskrit term for one of the six yogic purification techniques (kriyas) as outlined in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
- Remove toxins and anything blocking the flow of prana in the body
- Purifies the body, making the pranayama and meditation practice easier by preparing the body for these practices free from distraction, discomfort or fatigue
- These are traditional yogic cleansing techniques, which are very effective at maintaining good health, removing and avoiding many illnesses, and removing blockages in your body

What our trainings are like
Our Vinyasa & Hatha Immersion 200 hour teacher training course, is a training program for both, first time practitioners that would like to deepen their practice, or for yoga teachers that will like to combine tradition and evolution in a creative and intelligent fusion of Traditional Hatha with Contemporary Vinyasa Flow. We invite you to join us for an expansive, intensive and nourishing 200hr yoga teacher training course.
A typical day of training looks like:
- 6:30am to 7:00am: Meditation/ Kriya or Pranayama
- 7:00am to 8:00am: Asana practice
- 8:00am to 9:00am: Breakfast
- 9:00am to 11:00pm : Philosophy of Yoga or Yoga anatomy class
- 11:00pm to 1:00pm: Lunch Break
- 1:00pm to 2:30pm: Asana Clinic
- 2:30pm to 3:00pm: Break
- 3:00pm to 5:00pm: Teaching Methodology or Business of Yoga
- 5:00pm to 7:00pm: Dinner

– The registration fee is strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. If you need to cancel the course due to unavoidable reasons, the course fee (excluding registration fee) can be reedemed for any future course in the same category that you attend at Krisma Yoga within one year from the date of booking
