Our retreats are a precious opportunity to step away from your daily routines and patterns, where you can slow down, observe, take a deep breath and connect deeply with your own thoughts with a level of clarity and awareness that can be difficult to find in our daily lives. Through the practice of yoga we can release blockages, gaining a deep connection with our own body, with practices that can be used anytime to bring balance throughout our organs and our nervous system.
Core elements for conscious evolution
Our retreats integrate a unique fusion of Yoga, Mantra Chanting, Philosophy of Yoga, Meditation, Healthy Eating and Pure Nature. These are the core elements that will help you stay in tune with yourself during this hectic lifestyle that we tend to have nowadays.
You will gain both a deep understanding of core spiritual principles and a practical method of creating a sustainable and holistic lifestyle that will allow you to evolve far beyond this experience.
A typical day on retreat looks like:
- 07:00am to 07:30am: Observation & Meditation
- 07:30am to 09:00am: Asana Practice (Vinyasa Flow or Hatha Yoga)
- 09:00am to 10:00am: Breakfast / Journaling / Mindfulness
- 10:00am to 01:00pm: Empowerment workshop promoting self-confidence and self-care (Pottery, Nutrition, Cacao, Fitness, Ecstatic Dance, Osho Meditations, Photography)
- 01:00pm to 02:00pm: Lunch
- 02:00pm to 05:00pm: Grounding and centering (Workshops on stress management and finding inner calm)
- 05:00pm to 06:00pm: Evening Yoga Class (Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra)
- 06:30pm to 07:30pm: Dinner
*Optional activities:
Sounds Journey, surf lessons, Horse Spirit Experience, horse back riding, Cacao Ceremonies, volunteer with local schools to teach English or help with the utilities, rent a Quad and go on a quad ride, Stand Up Paddle (depending on the tide), Tortuga Island tour, bioluminescence tour, zip lining and canopy tour, turtle release, spa day & more.
