Our Private Yoga classes
An excellent way to achieve the full benefits of Yoga & Mindset Coaching, which allows us to track your individual progress. We offer private sessions in person and via Zoom, according to your needs. Each session is designed specifically for you, and will focus on exercises depending on the anatomy of your body, taking into consideration your fitness level, stress level, your personal health, any type of injury that you might have, as well as your personal goals.
We work from a whole holistic perspective.
All classes will be strictly private and confidential, saving you the discomfort of doing yoga or talking about your personal life in front of strangers at the gym or other crowded facility. You will be able to get one on one instruction, personalized for your style of living, eating and moving.
Challenge Yourself!
Challenges make you discover things about yourself that you never really knew.
You choose the day and time of your sessions. Sessions will take place in the comfort of your home, in your private hotel room, or another location of your choice. We also offer virtual sessions via Zoom.
A complementary wellness consultation is included in your first session at no additional cost to you.
We offer different styles of Yoga such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Meditations as well as Pranayamas (breathing). Once the complementary wellness consultation takes place we will be able to adapt the class according to your needs.
