Marcela Solorzano

Marcela is from Nicaragua and she started practicing yoga in 2013.

After taking a yoga class in a studio in Managua she was hooked and felt in love with the practice. She went to this yoga studio for about a year until she decided to become a yoga teacher. At that time not many people practiced Yoga in Nicaragua and Yoga Teacher Trainings were not common; however, in 2014 she met Victor Flores owner of a yoga studio in Spain who was giving his first YTT in Nicaragua and in 2015 she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with him.

That training changed her life and she wanted to share the benefits of the practice with everyone so she started teaching at yoga studios and giving private classes. Marcela loves to study and she has a certification in Meditation and Studied Trauma Sensitive Yoga.

AIGUL MIFTAKHOVA

She is a Certified Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy of musculoskeletal system as well as  yoga therapy of internal organs.

Ever since her childhood she has had Scoliosis, hunched back and flat feet. She decides to go to a yoga class and she got  the wrong approach in yoga giving her back pain, knee pain and hyperlordosis. She thought to herself that yoga should give her  health benefits instead, but at that time it was exactly the opposite. She took it very positively and decided to  learn to cure herself. As years passed by she found out that a lot of people felt the same way as I did.

Today her mission is to make people understand that asana practice can be very harmful as well as healing. There are hidden dangers in poorly done practice, furthermore everyone one of us is unique and that requires a tailored and bespoke approach. Therefore, she educates students to feel and differentiate subtle healing movements in the body from traumatizing, introducing body literacy. She calls that approach – Smart Yoga.

“Educating students to feel and differentiate subtle healing movements in the body from traumatizing, introducing body literacy, calling it Smart Yoga”
